New Head of Quality for the US Team

Epista Life Science is thrilled to announce the latest addition to our team, Haik L. Gazarian, as Head of Quality (US). With a proven track record of leadership in consulting, business development, and delivery excellence, Haik brings a wealth of experience that will play a pivotal role in furthering Epista's mission of delivering top-tier quality management solutions to the Life Sciences industry.

Haik comes to Epista from Veeva Systems, where he most-recently served as a Global Program Manager for Enterprise Quality, leading transformative initiatives for some of the largest pharmaceutical companies worldwide. Notably, Haik spearheaded a multi-year Quality Management System (QMS) implementation for Lilly, one of Veeva's most significant accounts, demonstrating his ability to drive success in complex, large-scale programs.

In his previous role as Practice Manager at Veeva Systems, Haik founded and grew the Enterprise QMS Consulting Practice from a small team into a powerhouse of over 30 subject matter experts, and played a key role in helping Veeva scale their Quality Services business to100+ consultants. His leadership was instrumental in building strong cross-functional relationships and developing innovative implementation programs that ensured high performance from kick-off to production.

Before his tenure at Veeva, Haik held several key roles at Sparta Systems International, including Global Lead of Professional Services. Here, he managed a diverse team of senior consultants and subject matter experts across North America and EMEA, delivering industry best practices and guiding strategic program planning for top pharmaceutical and medical device companies.

Haik's expertise in process improvement, program design, and implementation methodology has consistently led to successful rollouts of enterprise-grade quality management solutions. His ability to cultivate strong client relationships and deliver results has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor in the industry.
