Epista Life Science is proud to announce a major new engagement with one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in Scandinavia, supporting their global implementation of Veeva Vault QualityDocs and Vault Training.
This transformative project will replace a legacy document and learning management system, covering documents and training records across the organization.
The scope of this engagement is one of the largest of its kind in the region, encompassing business process harmonization, system configuration support alongside Veeva, integration, validation, large-scale data migration, and hypercare support. With a focus on enabling true operational excellence in quality and training management, the project sets a new standard for Veeva implementations in Europe.

The implementation is expected to span 18 months, culminating in a full business go-live planned for 2026. Epista will deliver this project in close collaboration with Veeva Systems and the company’s internal quality and IT teams, ensuring readiness for both global operations and future scalability.
